A good roofer is somewhere between an artisan and a craftsman, with that balance between creativity and skill being necessary to achieve an excellent product every time. Mike Sanders, owner of Precision Roofing has found this balance. Having been "classically trained" in the arts of installing natural slate, clay tile, and wood shake and shingle roofing, he has kept these old world skills alive in an industry where speed has become king for most contractors. Mike has also adapted to the new demands of building owners by staying on the forefront of technology with materials such as TPO, EPDM, and the "green roofing" phenomena. He stays in touch with the community as a coach on his son's CVLL baseball team. His wife is a financial analyst at JPL and they share a passion for cooking for their three young sons.
