David called me after I sent a request for quote blast to multiple companies. Even though I initially told him I had gotten another company to commit to servicing it, he stayed on the phone with me to talk about the potential issues that might be going on with my unit (Frigidaire Laundry Center). He was very knowledgeable about the unit, and gave no-nonsense advice. When my original company backed out (I wasn't in their service area), I called David and he showed up within an hour, fixed it in less than an hour, and charged me less than the original quote from the first company. He turned what was an infuriating experience with Home Depot, Electrolux, and Best Aid Appliance into a breeze, and now we have dry clothes. Thank you, David!
