Owned and operated by the Correa family since 1990, several Correa brothers started out in the early 1980s working at The Stripp Joynt and learning the trade from the ground up. When the previous owner decided to retire after 15 years, Moises Correa, who started out as a worker in a furniture-making shop in Chicago, bought the business. Today he runs it along with his wife, Patricia, and two brothers, Filipe and Roberto.
