Founded 40 years ago by board-certified cosmetic surgeon Dominic Brandy, MD, The Skin Center was the first medical spa in the region. Today, The Skin Center has expanded to include three med spa locations in Pittsburgh - Mt. Lebanon, PA, Shadyside, PA and Wexford, PA and a nationally accredited, AAAHC surgical center as well as one location in Columbus, Ohio. The Skin Center is currently ranked as the #1 medical spa in Pennsylvania and Ohio. And, for three consecutive years we've earned the rank of "Top Ten" in the nation by Allergan, Inc. (the makers of Botox®). Not only are we a "Top Ten" medical spa; we also employ a dedicated national trainer for Allergan, Inc.

Since 1981, The Skin Center Medical Spa's team of board-certified cosmetic surgeons, board-certified plastic surgeons, vascular surgeons and nurses have collectively performed nearly 20,000 cosmetic surgery procedures and more than 100,000 medical spa treatments.

Dr. Dominic Brandy is a board-certified cosmetic surgeon with 25 years experience as a leader in advanced cosmetic plastic surgery and anti-aging skincare. He is the founder and medical director of The Skin Center Medical Spa, the tri-state's most experienced medical practice devoted exclusively to cosmetic enhancement since 1981, with three locations in the Pittsburgh area and one location in Columbus, Ohio.
Dr. Brandy is nationally recognized for his innovative QuickLift® mini facelift procedure, which is performed by doctors across the country and around the world. He specializes in the full spectrum of advanced cosmetic plastic surgery procedures including liposuction, breast augmentation, eye lift surgery, and hair transplants for men and women. The Skin Center also offers rejuvenating skin treatments such as BOTOX® Cosmetic, Restylane®, Perlane®, Thermage™ Skin Tightening, laser hair removal, tattoo removal and treatment of varicose veins and spider veins.
