The Law Office of Alexander Paykin, P.C., was established by Alexander Paykin in 2010. We are a general litigation practice, focusing on the everyday needs of New York residents and business owners. While we would like to be able to assist you with all of your legal matters, we will only take on what we know. However, if we are not able to represent you with the utmost confidence, we will help you find the correct attorney for your needs and will charge you nothing for the search. The Law Office of Alexander Paykin, P.C. is highly active in the local community. Mr. Paykin, a devout Rotarian, acts as the Youth Officer, Website Administrator, and current President for the Commack-Kings Park Rotary Club. He is the liaison to the Kings Park High School Interact Club and the Attorney Advisor to the Ezra Academy High School Mock Trial Team. Mr. Paykin sits on a District Committee for Rotary International and is on the Board of the Commack-Kings Park Charitable Fund, a 501(3).

Business Owner
Alexander Paykin immigrated from Russia at the age of nine. He ran his first business at the age of 9, In Santa Marinella, Italy. After getting to the US, Alex continued with his entrepreneur's visions, running 3 different companies by the time he graduated law school and six by the time he was admitted to practice law.
Mr. Paykin has worked for major corporations, such as Sears Roebuck and Pennzoil-Quaker State, as well as mid-sized Medical malpractice insurance services (Administrators for the Professions, Inc., attorney-in-fact for Physicians' Reciprocal Insurers).
Since being admitted to practice law, Mr. Paykin has worked as an associate at a small firm, a managing director for another small firm, and is now the Managing Director and sole owner of his own firm.
With professional interests primarily focused on business and real estate, Mr. Paykin handles all forms of business and property-related transactions and litigation, as well as various related matters.
