My beloved cocker spaniel Sunny Day loved life, and people, and food more than any cocker spaniel I’ve known. Sometimes I would ask her: “is it Sunny Day, or Happy Day, or Lucky Day?” She would laugh and say: “It’s all three!” and it was. She would walk through the house wagging her tail and when I asked “why?” Sunny Day would say “Just happy.  No reason.” And that is how she lived her life.
