Ed Stearns Dressed Meats was established in 1932 by Ed Stearns Sr. and his wife, Marguerite. Their children: Ed Jr, Phyllis, Don, Betty, and Kathy all helped with the family business.
As time went by all the children went on to different jobs except Don. In the 1960’s Ed, Sr. had a lung operation. Don and his family ran the business while Ed was sick.
Marguerite passed away in 1973 and Ed Sr. passed away in 1974.
