History

Having learned the solar trade and honed his skills in California’s “hot” solar market, Don moved to Atlanta just as its solar market was taking off. At first, providing services to several local companies, he founded Solar Plus in 2016 and more than tripled its business in the succeeding 3 years. His singular commitment to quality and steady vision helps assure an exciting future for the company.

There are now many solar energy installers to choose from throughout Georgia and South Carolina. Unfortunately, many of them hire unskilled labor, ignore safety standards, and use inferior solar panels and components.  

What sets us apart is our solar energy expertise, dedication to safety, and use of quality solar panels and equipment. Therefore, we train our team in safety and follow industry best practices. While many solar installers subcontract out their work, Solar Plus completes all our own installations. Our president is an expert with extensive knowledge of solar energy that manages every installation from the field, not from the office. We have worked on a variety of different solar installations, including residential, commercial, and utility-scale solar projects. This gives us a great reputation as a solar company in Atlanta.
