Extremely unprofessional and terrible customer service. It had absolutely NOTHING to do with payment as they have claimed. The school is actually not EVER doing business with them again due to there unprofessional customer service towards there clients. An ENTIRE school! I tried credit card over the phone, but timing was never good for them to take it. They tried calling me back after 7:30pm when I was putting my children to bed. I even tried to explain this to them. I asked to leave a check at the school, they actually stated they don't accept checks and I still have the text message from her to prove it!!! They also wouldn't even release my pictures when the school offered ANY of the payments they mentioned below.. Literally, can't make this stuff up... Notice how long it even took them to respond.. BC they were just trying to cover up with a lie to make themselves look better.. Merry Christmas grinch!
