Paradigm Roofing, headquartered in McKinney, Texas, was founded by Tony Hall, a licensed professional with more than 30 years of roofing and construction experience. Tony started roofing at the age 15, and by the time he graduated high school, he was managing his own crew for one of the largest builders in the country. Tony served in the military and also obtained a degree in corporate finance.
Tony’’s passion for construction is what motivated him to start his own construction company. He believes it is Paradigm’s “responsibility to provide the customer with quality craftsmanship and customer service like no other company.”
