Starting in 1985, we operated as a Care Provider Resource Data Collection Service. In 1991, we created CareQuest®, Inc, which operated as a telephonically engaged, national care planning service for eldercare and disability and was offered to employers and insurance companies. We also continued our Care Provider Resource Data Collection service. Then in 2000, NavGate® Technologies was created as a division of CareQuest, Inc. to build web-based and software delivery applications for our care provider resources and care-related services to a large range of industries and distribution points through its new CareOptions® online system.
