MOUNTAIN ROOFING, INC. is a licensed Class A Virginia Contractor and also an accredited business with the Better Business Bureau with an A+ rating. We’ve had the pleasure of serving Southwest Virginia since 1998 with commercial and residential roofing needs. Covering a 100-mile radius, we complete jobs from Roanoke to Richmond, Bristol to Lynchburg, and surrounding areas.
Our roof mechanics are professionally skilled and experienced in all roof systems including EPDM, TPO, standing seam metal, copper, slate, and shingle roofs. We are also experienced in historic restoration applications. Our company is qualified in installing all the major roofing manufacturers including Carlisle Syntec, Firestone, Fabral, Duradek, GAF, Certainteed and Owens Corning.
Owner Hunter Merrill has over 25 years of experience in the roofing industry and strives to have each job completed with quality and professionalism. Gayle Merrill manages the office, and is a past board member of the Better Business Bureau. Adam Gheen, Field Supervisor, is in charge of all field operations and quality control with over 20 years in roofing installations.

Each year, the Perfection Award honors contractors whose exceptional installation quality results in a warranty claim performance that ranks in the top 5% of all US and Canadian applicators. A small number of Perfect Award winners are selected to serve on Carlisle's Perfection Council for a one-year period, acting as an advisory board to help determine how Carlisle can best support its contractor network.
