Dave first purchased the existing Lee Myles location in Roslyn in 2004. The shop itself has been serving Roslyn and its surrounding neighborhoods since the early ’60s. Under Dave’s ownership, Lee Myles Roslyn underwent several accreditations and joined technical associations to better serve their customers with the latest tools in diagnostics and car maintenance. The entire staff is ATSG certified.

Dave Unger is extremely passionate about cars. He performed his first tune upon his father’s car at 15 years of age, and he’s been hooked ever since. He joined the auto repair industry as a professional at 19 where he worked with dealerships, transmission shops, and auto repair shops. Dave continues that passion today serving as the operator and rebuilder for his shop.

Today, Lee Myles Transmissions and AutoCare Roslyn is a premier facility specializing in transmission and general auto repair. Every car in the shop is treated by both Dave and his highly skilled technicians as if it were their own.
