J.Z. Owner/operator, Jaime Zagazeta, founded J.Z. Star Flooring. He worked in white collar jobs for over a decade. As a young 19-year-old father, Jaime worked full-time and went to school full-time to provide for his family and build a better future for them. Jaime has been involved in giving exceptional customer service since he was a teenager and paid his way through college working as a server and bartender at high-end restaurants. The restaurant business provided Jaime with a hands-on customer service experience that college could not offer. Eventually, he obtained an MBA and worked in various middle management and advertising sales positions.
