An Arizona native and father of one beautiful daughter. Starting in the auto glass business in 1993 doing paperwork after school, then working in the warehouse delivering glass to all the shops and helping other installers on occasion. Promoted to doing repairs for almost a year before transitioning to an auto glass installer in 1995.
