Decided to get a bold tattoo for my eighteenth birthday. Went to citylocalpro.com and found this shop to be one of the most recommended tattoo shops in Louisville Kentucky. I admit I was afraid to go there, bit folks there were super-friendly and helped me with every bit of the process. Two thumbs UP!
