Founded in 1993 by licensed clinical psychologist Annette Conway, HELP Therapy was started in an effort to open the doors to therapeutic services for those who would otherwise be unable to obtain treatment in San Diego County.HELP has expanded significantly in the past 27 years. We now have a wide network of providers who deliver quality mental health services to individuals, couples, and families of all ages and treatment needs throughout California and Colorado.As an industry leader, we take pride in our ability to deliver high-quality care solutions in accordance with the evolving needs of providers' and patients'. Today, HELP partners with a vast network of high-quality providers that offer services in-home, in-office, in-community, and via telehealth--ensuring that our providers can knock down previous barriers to high-quality mental health care and deliver the treatment needed to help their patients feel better.
