Mr. Frye was an Audit Manager with the Association Services Group of Johnson Lambert & Company, which specialized in providing accounting, auditing, tax and consulting services to not-for-profit trade associations. With a diverse background that includes extensive experience with for-profit entities, Mr. Frye is also familiar with large Federal Government entities. Additionally, he has knowledge of Federal and state tax requirements, and since many of his clients receive a substantial amount of Federal funds, he has experience with the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) Circular A-133 audit and reporting compliance requirements.
Mr. Frye graduated summa cum laude with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Liberty University in Lynchburg, Virginia and previously taught as an adjunct professor at Strayer University in Manassas, Virginia. He is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and Certified Government Financial Manager (CGFM).
