Foodini’s, founded in 1999 by Chef John Detacher, is a full-service, off-premise catering & meal prep company serving the corporate and social market in all of New Jersey and parts of NY, PA, and Conn. Although Foodini focuses more on corporate catering and larger-scale events, Chef John continues to prepare customized meals for his Meal Prep Delivery service clientele. Chef John solidified his role as a prominent Jersey Shore caterer in 2007 when he purchased and built out his 1200 square foot commercial kitchen in Neptune, NJ.
