Established in 1991.

Dr. Kohler owned the practice for over 25 years. Dr. Lee bought the practice September 2013.

Dr. Scott Lee graduated cum laude with his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from The Ohio State University in 2008. Before attending dental school, he graduated cum laude from Weber State University, where he majored in microbiology and minored in chemistry. While Dr. Lee has been practicing dentistry for a number of years, he remains committed to continuing his education on a regular basis to stay up to date with the latest developments in the dental field. He has taken many CE courses, especially in the areas of dental implants, endodontics, orthodontics, cosmetics, and sedation. Dr. Lee is devoted to making sure that every smile he comes in contact with becomes happier, healthier, and more beautiful. He strives every day to give the best dentistry he can in a friendly, gentle environment.As a dedicated student of dentistry, Dr. Lee is an active member of several professional organizations, including the American Dental Association and Arizona Dental Association.
