Carlos born and raised in New Mexico started at Wecks with Doug Weckerly. It was the first Weck’s to open in Albuquerque, and it continued success after Carlos sold his duties as COO and left Weck’s to pursue another opportunity as a Food Broker for 12 years. As for Michelle, she owned a restaurant in California and several restaurants in Las Vegas, Nevada with her Father for over 15 yrs.
