In 1988, DryHome was a one-man operation, started by owner and founder Steve Gotschi. He took the initiative to form his own company, which gradually expanded to VA's most thriving roofing company. Relying on his roofing trade experience, project management skills, and his attention to detail, Steve built a successful and satisfied customer base and roofed homes throughout Northern Virginia.
Over the next decade, DryHome stayed committed to its founding principles and mission to install only the highest quality roofs. The demand for a reliable and trustworthy roofing company and increasing reputation led Steve to add employees and establish an office with staff. Steve focused on the business development, inviting David Spencer to join him as his partner to help manage and steer the company's successful expansion.
Today, the company provides full-exterior services, employs over 21 people, and serves all of Northern Virginia, focusing primarily on residential customers.
