Bryant Pipe and Supply is a family-owned business with a long history in the Northwest. Bob Bryant's Vaughan ancestors crossed the plains to Oregon in 1852 and came to Hood River in 1902. Born in Kentucky, Abner McDonald Bryant arrived in Oregon by railroad in 1888

Six generations of the family have lived in the Hood River Valley, all supporting the fruit industry. Abner's children grew up and raised families across the state in Hood River, Moro, and Corvallis. Bob Bryant, born in Hood River in 1934, started farming in the Hood River Valley in 1958 after attending college at Oregon State College. He also worked as a commercial applicator of herbicides from 1964-1967.

In 1968 he started a landscape contracting business with his brother Bill. This business later became Hood River Irrigation and Landscape, Hood River Nursery (1972), and Bryant Pipe & Supply Inc (1985)

Bob's sons Scott and Clark currently own Bryant Pipe & Supply and continue to provide a wide range of materials and expertise for orchardists, farmers, contractors and homeowners.

In 2007, Clark and Scott expanded Bryant Pipe & Supply by adding a location in The Dalles. Bryant Pipe & Supply serves the entire Columbia area as the premier source of irrigation and construction pipe and supplies.
