History
Established in 1974.
Amstill Roofing, formerly known as Stilley Roofing in the early 70's was founded by our owner, Frank Stilley. Frank started the company at the age of 21 and has built the company on honor and integrity. We are a family owned and operated company currently entering the second generation on Stilley's. Frank & Sam Stilley are a father and son team for the residential re-roofing market of Houston.

Frank Stilley founded Amstill Stilley Roofing in 1974.
Amstill Roofing's name was created by the combination of American-Stilley, after the height of the Vietnam war, Frank wanted a patriotic name to represent his pride in America.
Frank served 28 years for The Harris County Sheriffs Office as a reserve Captain. While running Amstill & protecting Houston as a law enforcement officer he raised his son, Sam while being a single parent. Sam is now a part owner in the company & wishes to continue it.
In the beginning,Frank started off by replacing missing wooden shingles from homes. From his hard work, dedication, honesty, and great quality he built Amstill into the company it is today. Custom satisfaction is his number one concern.
