At 9Round, we're changing the fitness game. Our fast-paced, effective circuit training workouts are designed to get the heart pumping and keep things fresh and fun. Every visit delivers full body results in a quick, convenient 30-minute window. We don't do scheduled classes -- our members just stop in and get to work with our motivational trainers, so you can workout whenever you have time. Members also gain access to a nutrition program to help keep them on track outside of the gym. We love sharing our passion for staying active and living healthy with our community, whether you're just starting your fitness journey or looking to hit the next level. History
Established in 2013.
Owned by Westerville, OH resident Gary Kuhr, 9Round is a complete kickboxing workout that guarantees results for people of all ages. Each 30-minute session consists of nine stations. Each "round" is different and challenging. The best part about 9Round is that there are no class times.You show up and work out whenever you want: morning, afternoon, or evening. You work every muscle in your body simultaneously with no machines or routines. We provide the gloves, hand wraps, and trainer -- you provide the hard work and positive attitude.
